Seona exists because the gap between “poor sleep” and a clinical consultation in the UK is years long for most people. We’re a focused clinical service. Only sleep, only the conditions where regulated medical care actually changes outcomes.
Seona is a trading name of Icon Pharmacy Ltd, a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (registration 1031045). Operating as a registered pharmacy means we work to the standards set by the GPhC for safe, evidence-based clinical practice.

Vaibhav is the Superintendent Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber leading Seona’s clinical service. Every clinical decision on the Seona pathway is made by a UK-licensed prescriber, working within an evidence-based, GPhC-regulated framework.
We treat insomnia clinically when self-help has run its course and we refer onwards when the right answer is a different kind of care.
Our approach
- Grounded in science, not trends. Our guidance follows NICE clinical guidelines and uses validated assessment tools — the same standards used in NHS clinical settings.
- Sleep is all we do. We’re not a general online clinic. Every part of Seona has been built specifically around sleep health, so the support you get is genuinely tailored to it.
- Properly regulated, properly safe. We’re a GPhC-registered pharmacy with a UK-licensed prescriber. Your data stays in the UK, covered by UK GDPR.
